Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 4–7 working days depending on the shipping location. Remote areas may take longer.
• Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
• Order Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.

Returns and Exchange Policy

• Returns are accepted within 4 days from the date of delivery.
• The customer must ship the product back to us at their own cost. Return shipping charges will not be borne by Pageno9.
• Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• Once we receive and verify the returned product, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7–8 working days.
• Products returned without prior approval or beyond the 4-day window will not be accepted.
